Yoga Teacher Training Programme (YTTP) in India
1 month/200 Hours Yoga Alliance International Certification
The 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Programs are conducted in the traditional way of ‘Gurukula Samprathaya’ (Primitive Teacher-taught school system) under which a student stays with the Guru 24hrs x 30days, i.e. during the entire course of study. Training is aimed to help the Yoga aspirant develop with individual yogic experience in life.
Only limited number of students is accommodated to give personal attention and deep guidance to each student. During the period of One Month of Training, the Students can experience the intensive and spiritual teachings and practices of traditional Hatha Yoga with more stress on pranayama, meditation, and practical application to exist with a healthy and enlightened life in the society.
After successful completion of the Course, each student will be awarded with a professional yoga teacher certification, recognized by Yoga Alliance International (YAI), India, “YOGAMASTER (GREEN BELT)” (for 200 hours) and after completion of the advanced program, “YOGAMASTER (BLACK BELT)” (for 500 hours). This will help the teacher to conduct yoga classes professionally around the world.
Even if a student is not willing to teach yoga as a profession, the yoga practice and its philosophy lessons would enrich one’s body, mind intellect which would help understand the purpose of life and increase self awareness to lead a sensible and peaceful life.
The yoga courses offered by YOGA ORIENTATION for GLOBAL ALLIANCE, INDIA (YOGA INDIA) is a continuous path of yoga living. ‘Yogasana’ practice is based on the Hatha Yoga Pradipika text and Pathanjali Yoga Sutra. In addition to teaching ‘Sivananda Style’, YOGA INDIA has developed a new Yoga Style “REAL YOGA” for the people of modern times, without diluting ancient way of learning, and the ‘Real Yoga’ is being taught at various training sessions all over India now and it would be a rare and truly exciting experience to learn REAL YOGA from a young Indian Lady Monk directly. The Yoga classes are conducted in English language.
