YOGA INDIA programmes are based on Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga (Asanas, Pranayamas, Bandhas, Mudras and Kriyas). Our approaches to Yoga training is entirely different, as we never compromise on the ancient original way of teaching and learning Yoga, even if we use modern facilities to make the learning process more flexible and convenient.
The Leader of Yoga Training is a young Indian Lady Monk, who has learned Yoga and Scriptures from various Indian Monks and Yogis at her very young age and has been practising and teaching Yoga for the last 20 years in India, travelling all over India, especially in the Ashramas in and around The Himalayas. While teaching Shivananda style, she developed a new Style, REAL YOGA for the people of modern times, without diluting ancient original way of learning, and Real Yoga is being taught at various trainings sessions now. |

Philosophies behind our approaches are very simple, as Yoga is an all-embracing way of life, a science of self-culture and mental discipline that ensures to bring forth what is most noble in a human being. We assure you of teaching yoga and meditation practices which can be of practical use in the day-to-day life, synchronizing, diet, sleep, sex, relationship and work attitudes and it can be beneficial to all - the good and the bad, the sick and the healthy, the believer and the non-believer, the literate and the ignorant, the young and the old. We never promise or offer ‘Nirvana’ sort of deep spiritual experiences, but we can assure you of reaching and realizing at such a level, if one practices yoga regularly as an ardent learner.
